Privacy Policy

1. What we store

• Account data: email and password. The password is stored only as a secure hash; we can't see it.
• Business details: business name and type.
• Data you enter in the CRM: leads (your clients' names, phones, emails, services, notes), sales and tasks.
• Technical cookies: to keep you signed in (session) and to remember the interface language. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics): which pages are opened and how often. It works without cookies and contains no names, emails or CRM data; we strip record IDs from page addresses.

2. Why we use it

• To run the CRM: show your clients, tasks, statistics and analytics.
• To let you sign in, reset your password and receive service emails.
• To answer your support requests.

We don't sell your data and never use your clients' data for advertising or any purpose of our own.

3. Your clients' data

You enter information about your clients into the CRM. You control that data; we only store and process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to keep your clients' contacts (for example, the client sent you an inquiry).

4. Who else has access

To run the service we rely on trusted infrastructure providers:

• Supabase: database and sign-in;
• Vercel: website hosting and anonymous visit statistics;
• Anthropic: only for the “Business check-up” feature when it runs on AI. Only aggregated numbers are sent (lead counts, revenue by source), never names, phones or emails.

5. Where data is stored

Data is stored on the servers of the providers above, which may be located outside Ukraine. They apply modern data protection measures.

6. How we protect data

• All connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS).
• Each account sees only its own data: access is enforced by the database itself.
• Passwords are stored only as hashes.

7. How long we keep data

As long as your account exists. You can delete individual leads, tasks and sales yourself at any time. You can delete your account with all its data yourself: Settings → “Delete account”. The data is deleted immediately and permanently.

8. Your rights

You can write to nikitabakser@gmail.com at any time to:

• find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your account and all data;
• ask any question about your data.

9. Age

The service is meant for running a business and is not intended for people under 16.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and announce significant changes on the site or by email.
