Terms of Use

1. What ComfyLead is

ComfyLead is an online CRM for small businesses: tracking inquiries (leads), sales and tasks, with analytics by client source. It runs in the browser.

2. Price

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. You'll be able to decide whether to keep using the service and get a copy of your data.

3. Your account

• Use a real email: you need it to sign in and reset your password.
• Don't share your password, and tell us if you suspect someone else is using your account.
• You are responsible for actions taken in your account.

4. Your data

Everything you enter in the CRM belongs to you. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you store, including your clients' contacts. How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. What's not allowed

• using the service for spam, fraud or other illegal activity;
• storing data you have no right to store;
• trying to access other people's accounts or disrupt the service.

If these rules are broken, we may limit or close access to the account.

6. Provided “as is”

We keep improving ComfyLead and work hard to keep it stable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Features may change. We recommend keeping copies of business-critical data.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits related to using, or being unable to use, the service.

8. Leaving

You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account and all data, open Settings → “Delete account”.

9. If the service shuts down

If we decide to stop running ComfyLead, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance, by email and on the site. The service will keep working during that time, and you can download all your data via Settings → “Your data”.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll announce significant changes on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
